We provide standard / registered (with tracking) worldwide shipping included in all prices.

If you haven't received your shipment by Delivery Time, please contact us by email and we will respond as soon as possible. Shipping times vary from country to country and also your locality in your country.

If you wish to have a tracking number for your order, please select the registered mail shipping method when placing your order.

Return / Refund

Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your item. We will replace items which are malfunctioning for 30 days form the date you receive them. Items which are damaged are not refundable. Refunds are only offered for defective products reported within 7 days upon receipt. Buyer accepts responsibility to pay for return freight for any reason except DOA (dead on arrival). Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable in any case.

If you do not receive your item, we will refund your purchase promptly, subject to a reasonable amount of time allowed for shipping.
