The customer has the right to cancel an order before it has been packed/shipped out by Itaktech. Once an order has been sent to be packaged after you have placed it, it is not possible to cancel it but instead, you will have to return the order according to the return policy terms.  

If you get in touch before the order has been sent out for packaging, either by way of our website or in contact with us, we can cancel/change your order.  Cancellations can be made via email to info@itaktech.com.  

We ship to countries which are available on check-out.  If you are not able to select your country on checkout, we will not be able to ship to your country

We ship international orders via DHL eCommerce and FedEx.  We ship within Hong Kong by SF Express and Hong Kong Post. 

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Alipay, FPS & Wechat Pay.

If your item is dead on arrival (i.e. your item is broken or does not work correctly), we offer a free reshipment of your item within 7 days of your receipt of your purchase.  Please be reminded to double check the selected items in the cart (e.g. size, colour) before you checkout, your name, address and contact number.  

We do not accept returns on items which have already been shipped other than products which are dead on arrival or have manufacturer defect upon use 

If your item is dead on arrival (i.e. your item is broken or does not work correctly), and we are not able to provide you with an exchange, If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you may choose to (a) refund to your original method of payment in 7-10 days (b) have a replacement item sent to you (provided with stock availability).

Tiger Arc 2 – Fast and balanced feet with well rounded edges. Skates will take some time to break in due to stiffness. 1 set per pack. The Tiger Arc 2 popularity has been surging since they were released and for good reason.  

Tiger Arc 1 – Best budget skates with rounded edges. They are slightly slower but provide thee best value with 2 sets per pack.  

Tiger ICE – Smoothest and fastest rounded skates from EspTiger  

BT.L Skates – Similar glide and smoothness to Tiger ICE with rounded edges, standard lift-off distance at 0.7mm across all models. 

Shipping delays happen in transit all the time, especially since COVID. Please be patient when receiving your order as we have no additional tracking info over what is given to you.
